Q: Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?

A: Our preferred method of payment is is by debit or credit card, or Paypal.  We use Paypal to handle all transactions, and an account with them is NOT required. Payment by cheque or money order is not accepted.  Payment accepted in British Sterling(GBP/£) only. Please go here to convert to your currency if you want an idea of how much your order is.

Q: Shipping Costs
How do you figure shipping costs?


A: Shipping is based on weight in grams. Each item will have the weight listed in the description so you can use our charts to figure postage.  As you add items to your cart, just total up the weight as you go.  Using the total of the weight, you can see what your shipping will be by looking at the charts below.  This will save you from having to 'register' at checkout to find out the shipping costs.

What are your shipping rates to the rest of the world?

A: These rates are for all other orders outside the UK and Europe. Please refer to our chart below for postage rates based on weight in grams:

Please be aware that you may be subject to customs charges. This is imposed by customs in your country based on the value of your package. I have no control over this, nor am I responsible for any of these charges.

Q: Shipping Time
How long until my order ships?

A: My Responsibility:
I strive to ship all orders paid online or by postal order within 3-5 working days. Please allow an extra day when this runs into a weekend. For orders paid by cheque, at least 7 days before shipping should be allowed while waiting for your cheque to clear.

Royal Mail's Responsibility:
Orders within the UK are shipped by First Class which has a 1-2 day delivery aim. Orders shipped by Special Delivery can expect next day delivery.

Orders outside the UK are sent by airmail. This can vary depending on the destination but as an example, for destinations as far as Australia, Japan, etc, the delivery aim is 5-7 days.

Q: Lost Order
I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

A: If you believe your order has been lost in transit, and you feel enough time has passed, be sure to email me about it.

Some of the things you can check first are with your local post office, check for any cards that may have been pushed through the door in your absence, check with a neighbor where your package may have been left with, etc.

Please note that I have to wait 15 days from when I posted your item before I can make a claim with Royal Mail.

Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?

A: All items may be returned for a store credit only for the cost of the item - postage costs are not included.  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and you must notify us first of your intention. 

Returns shall be made at your own expense for postage.  We will not accept returns unless we were notified first.  And lastly, the item must be returned in the condition is was sent to you.

Q: Response Time
I have sent several emails, but have not received an answer!

A: We try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.  Please allow 24 hrs for a reply.  If you have not heard from us again, we encourage you to please try again in case the email was lost.

What is your policy regarding my privacy?

A: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* phone number
* email address

We use Paypal to collect credit card payments, so we never see any credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
